In 2019 after spending 14 years in the beauty industry I decided it was time to chase my own dreams of freedom. In 6 months I had a 6 figure business and 4 staff members. I controlled my own diary and could choose how and when I worked.  

UNTIL

I lost my super successful but fairly new business in the pandemic, like many other beauty professionals, I was at a loss knowing what direction to take myself in. We had no idea how long things would last. After a lot of tears, tantrums and stress I decided I wasn't about to sit around waiting someone to save me.

I THREW myself into building community and getting to know other lash pros.

It was throw this process I realised 2 things:

1. The business support for lash and beauty pros just wan't there and people were getting confused. Thinking learning a new lash technique was what they needed go get fully booked. When the reality is they have no marketing skills so people can't actually find them.

2. People were going to need human contact more than anything once the world returns to normal. 

So LashFest was BORN.

The place for lash and beauty pros to come and learn exactly what they need to build a business they love.

Since then we have taken the event global, helped 650 women to grow their business, from opening their own salons, to being mentors, starting a lash brand and finding their best friends.
